Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are made to order, we do not accept returns on our items. The products are very delicate and they never make the journey back to us in the same condition, which makes them unsellable. While we understand returns are important to customers, we currently cannot accept returns.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. After 24 hours the order is not cancellable.
Damage must be reported in writing with photographs clearly displaying the damage within 3 days of delivery. After this time it will not be accepted and will be considered damaged by the customer. Our shipping carrier requires photos of the following to claim for insurance. We will not be able to accept a damage refund unless photos of the following are submitted:
1) Photos of damaged product
2) Photos of the box exterior
3) Photos of the box interior
