To request a return please email CustomerService@Bloomr.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning
Customer Service will respond to you with return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
If for any reason you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund, less an origin shipping fee and restocking fee for handling and florist costs, regardless of if you received free shipping. The return restocking, handling, florist fee is 10% of the order total and origin shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return outside of that time frame.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us in writing of your request to return an item within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email all return requests to CustomerService@Bloomr.com. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and with original packing materials, as damaged returns or returns not packed as received will not be honored. We will not honor returns of damaged products or missing items unless noted as the reason for return in your original return request. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@bloomr.com.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy below. If your items have not shipped and you cancel after 24 hours there is a 10% restocking fee.
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
