Standard Processing Times

All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality. Please allow 2-5 days for our Florists to create your arrangement and 1-3 days for loose stems. Our items require careful packing and customized boxes to safeguard them in shipping. 

Standard Shipping Times

We ask you to allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your items have shipped. However, our deliveries have been averaging closer to 5-7 days. All items are shipped in heavy, strong 5ply cardboard, and our arrangements are in oversized boxes to allow room for the protective styrofoam. Due to the weight and volume of our packed boxes, we choose standard shipping in order to offer customers affordable shipping prices. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to CustomerService@Bloomr.com and we can quote you expedited shipping times and prices. 

Standard Shipping Prices

Orders totaling between $0-$99.99 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $25

Orders totaling over $100 we offer free shipping 

*Please note shipping is calculated on order totals. If you are using a promo code the total will be determined by the price after the promotional discount.*

Expedited Shipping

Due to the weight and volume of our packed boxes, we choose standard shipping in order to offer customers affordable shipping prices. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to CustomerService@Bloomr.com and we can quote you expedited shipping times and prices

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days of ordering that your item will be delayed. At that time you can decide to cancel the order or we can work with you to pick another similar item. 

Shipping Notification 

Your order & payment confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.  

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Signature

All of our packages require a signature on delivery. If you miss the first delivery attempt you have 2 options:

1) Schedule a redelivery on their website by using the information on the missed delivery notice left on your door. 
2) Take your missed delivery notice and id to the local post office listed on your notice for pick-up in person.
