Our Florists have sourced from all over the world to find and curate the best selection of materials to create our products. For us, quality is everything. Over the past 12 years, we have cultivated relationships with over 80 vendors to craft what you see today. Our Florist's mission will continue to always be to find and provide the best quality, luxury faux florals & plants. 

Our Products

Our company is founded and run by Florists. It is their creative vision that leads the way. All of our loose items have been hand-selected and evaluated by our Florists. All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality.

Standard Processing Times

All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality. Please allow 2-5 days for our Florists to create your arrangement and 1-3 day for loose stems. Our items require careful packing and customized boxes to safeguard them in shipping. 

Standard Shipping Times

We ask you to allow 7-14 business days for delivery once your items have shipped. However, our deliveries have been averaging closer to 5-7 days. All items are shipped in heavy, 5ply cardboard, and our arrangements are in oversized boxes to allow room for the protective styrofoam. Due to the weight and volume of our packed boxes, we choose standard shipping in order to offer customers affordable shipping prices. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are made to order, we do not accept returns on our items. The products are very delicate and they never make the journey back to us in the same condition, which makes them unsellable. While we understand returns are important to customers, we currently cannot accept returns. CANCELLATIONS A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. After 24 hours the order is not cancellable.
