All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality. Please allow 2-5 days for our Florists to create your arrangement and 1-2 days for loose stems. Our items require careful packing and customized boxes to safeguard them in shipping.

We offer free door-to-door delivery in UAE within 5-7 Business Days. We do not delivery on government holidays.

For worldwide deliveries we ask you to allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your items have shipped.All items are shipped in heavy, 5ply cardboard, and our arrangements are in oversized boxes to allow room for the protective styrofoam. Due to the weight and volume of our packed boxes, we choose standard shipping in order to offer customers affordable shipping prices.

Return Policy
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact CustomerService@Bloomr.com and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame.Within UAE: The Bloomr delivery team will collect & return your product(s), and a 200aed return collection fee will be deducted from your refund total. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
Outside UAE: customers are responsible for organizing returns and the costs associated with returns. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted. Orders must be returned to our Dubai Showroom or our warehouse or Dubai Showroom within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email CustomerService@bloomr.com a tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order.
